Stephanie Caunter is a brand builder and marketer who has elevated brands in multiple markets across Asia. Driven by the bottom-line, she brings business revenue, cost-savings and innovation to the organisations she’s been part of. She has created brand-defining programmes such as PwC Malaysia’s Building Trust Awards, Catcha Group’s Wild Digital and ADA’s COVID-19 Survival Guide. Today she leads customer strategy & marketing at AIA Malaysia, where her role is to fulfill customers’ evolving needs and deliver a distinctive customer experience.

Stephanie is a Diversity and Inclusion advocate who wrote a personal column in The Edge Malaysia, ‘Changing Hats’, on managing career and family; and sits on Lean In Malaysia’s Board
of Advisors. She graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from Cornell University.
