Nicholas is the Senior Director for SME and Enterprise Development of Fusionex responsible for Retail as well as Travel and Hospitality Products. Nicholas has many years of experience from Retail Loyalty to Travel and Hospitality Loyalty. Nicholas started his career in 2001 and has since been dealing within the travel and hospitality industry including retail. His involvement in Membership started in 2006 where he implemented the first loyalty system in online ticketing in the region. In 2008, he joined Fusionex and during this period, he worked on several large-scale loyalty and membership systems as well as online reservations system in the travel and hospitality industry. Nicholas is now a key member of the Fusionex team continuing to contribute to the enhancement and improvement of the Fusionex Loyalty System among the many products within the Retail and Travel and Hospitality Suite.
