Kelvin Lee is responsible for the end-to-end social media strategy at Refinitiv, including channels and community management, content and customer journey mapping, reporting and analysis as well as risk management frameworks and policies on organic, paid, influencer/ earned, leadership social and employee advocacy. Continuing to find innovative way to stand out from the competition, he created and collaborated on marketing transformation initiatives such as influencer marketing, content partnerships (e.g. Wired), live-streaming, AI chatbots and ABM. Since 2015, Kelvin has also spoken at, trained and led workshops in 20+ countries, with 25K+ participants.
