I love writing that evokes emotions and therefore I chose a career crafting words that sell. As a journalist, I ask What? Who? When? Where? Why? and How? and as a philosophy student, I am interested in ‘Why We Do, What We Do’.

I currently lead the content marketing activities of Sendhelper, the number one home services brand in Singapore and one of the top 50 tech startups in Southeast Asia. While I have been largely successful in improving customer interaction on the website, blog, and social media channels by more than 120% collectively in the past year, I’m learning specifically the ropes of increasing impression share on TikTok and Instagram Reels to drive traffic.
